sometimes you just have to smile , pretend everything's okay

she’s trying to get better , she’s trying to be happy . she’s trying to smile everyday && not be bothered to be asked “Are you okay?” questions all the time . she trying really hard to smile && act right . but somewhere in all of this , she’s losing herself . she’s fading away . Don’t you realise ?
i want a boy best friend who will call me beautiful && like my photos on facebook , commenting them saying things such as the fact he’s proud to have me as a bestfriend . one dat i can call up , crying about other boys && him saying he’ll beat the shit out of them for me . a boy bestfriend who will drive me around like he’s my big brother && give me strength when he knows im upset . One who becomes friends with my boyfriend && one who calls me up to see what im doing . i want a boy best friend who will tell me when im wrong && force me into fixing things and apologizing because he knows that it will make things better for me . i just want a boy best friend who will love me and protect me from all the other boys .
